Rain-out Refund Policy: Please plan and prepare as best as possible, but we understand weather can be unexpected. In the occasion of rain or other weather conditions that prevent your event from proceeding, we offer a reschedule on an agreed date, full refund minus the deposit if the setup has not yet taken place or a 30% refund for a setup event that was not fulfilled due to weather. We reserve the right to refuse setup/service if our professional opinion deems it unsafe conditions for anyone.
